ApplianceJunk Notes
I came across the appliancejunk forum while answering questions in the appliance guru's forum where I was bestowed the coveted Sublime Master of Apliantology title from the master Samurai appliance guy himself. I helped out AJ in the appliance junk forum till I started getting busy on other things and besides that, there are a bunch of guys on the site now helping out. John (AKA AJ) has compiled a bunch of service manuals newsletters and things very important to our repair industry and is very helpful to the DIY folks. Fudge Brownie with Fudge on top.
Fudge brownie was cooked according to package.
Fudge was Grandma's recipe:
2 cups sugar
2/3 rd cup half and half
1/3rd cup cocoa
dash salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
and
1 teaspoon vanilla
Heat all except vanilla
Stir constantly to 235 then add vanilla
Cool to 100 f
Pour over brownie.
Let set
Remove from cake pan
