Kicked up Ramen Noodles !
I been messin around with some Ramen noodles dishes.
It was lunch time and a sober and hung over Paw Paw decides to cook some Ramen noodles mainly cause times is tough yall. But it don't mean you cannot enjoy a meal done your way. In this fist attempt I make the Oriental flavor:
Having emboldened myself and also dryed out a few days because of being broke mainly, I grab the last piece of Conechuh Sausage and cut it 8 ways to make it stretch, added some bell pepper and onion a little broccoli, and a few thinly sliced carrots that I knotched up to look all fancy like them Chinamen do. For the sauce I have 1/3rd cup of chicken stock, a tiny amount of 5 spice powder, a little bit of fish sauce, and a tiny amount of corn starch:

Meatloaf 101
Granny bought one of them new fangled meatloaf pans of of the internet. Today we made some meatloaf. Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup crushed saltines
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
Dash pepper
1 pound lean ground chuck
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add the milk, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into loaf; place in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine the ketchup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce; spoon over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes
It turned out real good and all the grease was eliiminated by holes in the fancy pan. I am impressed. I made some videos:

Tangerine Meringe Pie Yall
My brother brought a big bag of tangerines and I looked on line and found a recipe.
I blind baked a crust I made with 1 cup flour, a third cup shortening, a forth a teaspoon of salt, and a few drops of cold water. I let the crust rest a few hours and then baked it 10 minutes after perforating it. I added the filling and top the puppy with merange and baked it another 10 or so minutes to brown the marange. Hell i cannot spell it but it sure taste good. Link to recipe follows vids yall. I made some vids:
